GUESS WHO? -¿QUIÉN ES QUIÉN? - A SIMPLE PAST GAME

Another funny game to practise in class or at home.
The objective of "Guess who" is to guess who is the character we have in our forehead
1.- We introduce all the characters to play with (in this case, famous people)
2.- Everyone writes a name in a piece of paper.
3.- Everyone passes the paper to the partner who sits next to them and sticks the paper in their forehead.
4.- The first person to play has to make questions until he/she guesses who is her/his character.
5.- IMPORTANT: The questions must be answered with YES or NO.

CHALLENGE OF THE MONTH - April - English in Spain

Hello everybody! Here is our new challenge of the month!

*En este caso, os escribo directamente en español, porque el proceso puede ser algo complicado y tiene que quedar bien claro.

(mal o bien, el inglés se encuentra en cualquier parte)

Todos nos hemos fijado en que, de vez en cuando, encontramos carteles publicitarios, revistas, anuncios, etc.que están en inglés y contienen alguna que otra palabra que no entendemos, a veces lo encontramos incluso en nuestras prendas de vestir o juguetes.
En el reto de este mes os propongo estar muy atentos a todas esas palabras en inglés que se han colado en nuestra casa, nuestro pueblo o, si salís fuera, en otras ciudades más grandes.
Para hacerlo más divertido y que además todos podamos estar prevenidos de dónde se encuentran estas palabras vamos a crear un mapa entre todos en el que agregaremos las cosas que vamos encontrando.

Pero ¿qué tenemos que hacer?

1st step (primer paso) - Necesitamos un móvil y un adulto

Necesitamos un teléfono móvil o tablet que nos permita localizar en el mapa todas esas cosas que encontramos en inglés.
*Es muy importante que accedamos desde el teléfono de un adulto responsable, nuestros padres preferiblemente.

2nd step (segundo paso) - Descargamos MY MAPS

 Tenemos que descargar la aplicación MY MAPS

 No es imprescindible descargar esta aplicación, pero agilizará mucho el proceso

3rd step (tercer paso) - Agregamos un punto en el mapa

Cuando hayamos encontrado cualquier cosa en inglés, accedemos al mapa compartido pinchando en este enlace:

 Por ejemplo, yo he encontrado esta revista en el quiosco, cuyo título está en inglés















Una vez estamos dentro del mapa, añadimos un nuevo punto pinchando en el icono indicado en la imagen:

  



Además, lógicamente debemos indicar qué es lo que hemos encontrado y quién somos para que después los demás podamos encontrarlo en el mapa.
Para ello, debemos indicar los siguientes datos: las palabras en inglés que hemos encontrado, el tipo de objeto que hemos encontrado, nuestro nombre y curso y, por último, la traducción de las palabras en inglés al español.

 Tal y como podéis ver en la siguiente imagen:

Una vez introducidos los datos en el lugar que hemos localizado el objeto en cuestión, damos al tick y el mapa quedará actualizado con vuestro nuevo punto.

¿Difícil? ¡Seguro que cuando lo hagáis una vez os resulta supersencillo!
